The opening shots of this sequence show other Kenyan wildlife such as African bush elephant (Loxodonta africana), Grant's zebra (Equus quagga boehmi) and western cattle egret (Bubulcus ibis ibis). According to the media pack [1], these were filmed in Amboseli National Park.
The media pack states that the insect the chameleon is seen hunting is a desert locust (Schistocerca gregaria). [Link 1]

Though the media pack [1] does not mention James's flamingos, there are several shots of this species, distinguished from the Andean flamingos by the latters' characteristic yellow legs [2] [Link 1][Link 2]

Chilean flamingo
Phoenicopterus chilensis
NT
Atacama Desert, Chile
It's unclear to me that these are actually Chilean flamingos as the media pack [1] states. The shape of the black markings on their bills appear more like that of James's flamingos, but then it would be odd for the production team to explicitly record these as Chilean flamingos. In any case, it's much harder to distinguish species of juvenile individuals. It's worth noting too that many of the shots in this part of the sequence are re-used from the "Patagonia: The Ends of the Earth" episode of 2021's Eden: Untamed Planet. [Link 1]
